Before sending goods for repair, please inform our RMA department by filling our RMA request form to insure prompt service. Warranty will be void under the following conditions: 1) any damage due to misuse, unauthorized disassembly, repair or modification; 2) removal of any warranty sticker or mark attached to the products; All RMA returns should be packed in anti-static packing. Customers are responsible for any shipping and insurance charges of the returning goods. Any unauthorized shipping charges will be billed to the customers and we reserve the right to refuse the shipment.
